Terms of service
Last Updated: 22nd June 2026
These Terms of Service govern all wholesale purchases and stockist accounts with Lucy Kemp Jewellery and should be read alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Faults & Refunds Policy.
About Lucy Kemp Jewellery
Lucy Kemp Jewellery is handmade in the UK using Eco Silver or fully recycled Sterling Silver, complemented by genuine semi-precious gemstones. We are committed to creating beautiful, individual jewellery that offers customers an affordable and environmentally conscious choice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all wholesale orders are supplied subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, businesses, and trade customers only.
By creating a wholesale account and placing an order with Lucy Kemp Jewellery, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for resale or other business purposes and not as a consumer.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any wholesale account at our discretion.
Minimum Order Values
The minimum wholesale order value is £100 excluding VAT.
There is no minimum quantity requirement per product line, allowing stockists to order a single item or multiple items as required.
Pricing, VAT & Payment
All wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
A standard postage and packaging charge of £10.00 plus VAT applies to orders below the free delivery threshold.
Orders over £250 excluding VAT qualify for free UK delivery.
Full payment must be received before any order is processed or dispatched.
Lucy Kemp Jewellery reserves the right to amend wholesale pricing at any time without prior notice.
Product Presentation
All jewellery is supplied on official Lucy Kemp Jewellery branded display cards.
Necklaces, pendants, bracelets and anklets are individually packed in biodegradable cornstarch pouches to help prevent tangling during transit.
Silver cleaning cloths may be included with orders to help maintain the appearance of Lucy Kemp Jewellery products.
Unless specifically purchased, branded retail packaging, including Lucy Kemp Jewellery logo pillow boxes and other presentation packaging, is not included with wholesale orders.
Handmade Products
All Lucy Kemp Jewellery products are handmade.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and the natural characteristics of gemstones, slight variations in size, finish, texture, and stone colour may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery and shall not be considered defects.
Production & Dispatch
Once payment has been received, orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Whilst many orders are dispatched within 48 hours, all items are handmade and production times may increase during busy periods. At peak times, orders may take up to two weeks to complete and dispatch.
If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked service.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address supplied with the order.
Ownership of the goods remains with Lucy Kemp Jewellery until payment has been received in full and cleared.
Further information can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Stockist Exclusivity
Where possible, Lucy Kemp Jewellery aims to maintain a degree of exclusivity for stockists within their town or postcode area.
Exclusivity is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of Lucy Kemp Jewellery.
We reserve the right to approve additional stockists where we believe it is appropriate to do so.
Online Sales & Marketplaces
Approved stockists are welcome to sell Lucy Kemp Jewellery products through their own retail premises and websites.
Stockists must not sell Lucy Kemp Jewellery products through third-party marketplaces where Lucy Kemp Jewellery already maintains a presence, including but not limited to Faire, Etsy and Not On The High Street, unless prior written permission has been obtained.
Lucy Kemp Jewellery reserves the right to withdraw stockist status where this policy is breached.
Intellectual Property
The Lucy Kemp Jewellery name, logo, product designs, photographs, website content, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Lucy Kemp Jewellery.
Stockists may use product images and marketing materials supplied by Lucy Kemp Jewellery solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Lucy Kemp Jewellery products.
Images, branding, and marketing materials must not be altered, reproduced for unrelated purposes, or used in connection with third-party products without prior written consent.
Product Modification
Lucy Kemp Jewellery charms and components may only be used in conjunction with genuine Lucy Kemp Jewellery products.
They must not be used to create new products under another brand name or incorporated into products marketed as another brand.
Account Activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account where no transactions have taken place for a period of six months or more.
Termination of Stockist Status
Lucy Kemp Jewellery reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account or stockist relationship immediately where a stockist:
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- Misrepresents Lucy Kemp Jewellery products;
- Uses Lucy Kemp Jewellery branding without permission;
- Breaches the Online Sales & Marketplaces policy; or
- Acts in a manner that may damage the reputation of Lucy Kemp Jewellery.
Force Majeure
Lucy Kemp Jewellery shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, supplier shortages, transportation disruptions, equipment failure, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Returns, Faults & Refunds
Returns, faults, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Faults & Refunds Policy.
