Shipping & Delivery Policy

Wholesale Orders Only

This website supplies products exclusively to approved wholesale and trade customers.

All orders are subject to availability and full payment being received before production and dispatch.

Order Processing

All Lucy Kemp Jewellery pieces are handmade in our UK workshop using Eco Silver or recycled Sterling Silver and genuine semi-precious gemstones.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received. While many orders are dispatched within 48 hours, during busy periods or for larger orders, production may take up to 2 weeks.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery Charges

  • Minimum wholesale order value: £100 excluding VAT
  • Standard Postage & Packaging: £10.00 + VAT
  • Orders over £250 excluding VAT qualify for Free UK Delivery

Delivery charges are subject to change and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Method

Wholesale orders are typically dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day or an equivalent tracked and insured service.

A dispatch confirmation may be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, UK mainland deliveries are usually received within 1–2 working days; however, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Lucy Kemp Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or other delivery providers;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Industrial action or strikes;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided with the order.

Ownership of the goods remains with Lucy Kemp Jewellery until full payment has been received and cleared.

Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
